I remember having this transit a few years back (Saturn conjunct Pisces MC). Are you in school? Or an educational type of environment? If so, it can mean that you will gain or lose recognition with acheivements. If you worked hard last few years before this transit, you will most likely gain the more positive side of this aspect. However, if you goofed off, then you will be paying for the consequences.
Overall, remember Saturn is about hard work. It's the one that will not let you get away. This is true karma and justice working here. You will get what you deserve. And if you don't like it, then it will make you learn some lessons to become what you must be. The MC is probably the most public house of all the houses. So, there will be issues surrounding the public, such as you being in the public eye more, or wanting to be more solitary.
If you're in a job and not in school anymore, this would still have a similar influence as described above with school. The way people perceive you in the public will be tested. It can really be good or bad, but it depends on past things you have done to make a name for yourself in the world. Did you act according to your soul's mission in contributing to others, or do you need to make a change? You will know from this aspect.
Saturn conjunct Moon AND MC is more of the same. Except you may be feeling a more emotional impact: worn out, wanting to be alone, feeling sad. Or if you are the really emotional type to begin with anyway (a watery moon), it may help to stabilize your emotions for a bit or show you that you must take control of your emotions.
Don't worry. If you handle yourself with maturity, both of these aspects will be MUCH easier to deal with. I suggest not to resist any changes. Go with them and trust yourself (which is a sign of maturity!) to be lead in a way that benefits you and others positively!
